(A) Except as specified under (B) of this section, in the FOOD with their handles above the top of the FOOD and the container. Observed the Scoop for the ice machine to be buried in the ice. Provide for the scoop to be stored up and out. Observed single use cups being used as scoops in the seasoning containers. Provide a scoop with a proper handle to be used so that it can be stored with the handle up and out. Correct and maintain both by next routine inspection. |
